Real Steel Sidus Free - No Thumbstud? No Flipper?

Marketed as a Sidus "Free," we obviously are dealing with a folder designed for jurisdictions where one-hand opening is not allowed, or for those who would rather have a merger of old and new. Not a slipjoint, but a liner lock designed for two-hand opening. The "Free" lacks a thumbstud, flipper or opening hole (as the standard Sidus has). The marketing materials by Real Steel are a bit comical and designed not to let the buyer feel like they are getting anything less....
However, with some tuning the "Free" can easily be opened with one hand and remains a blade with great ergos, edge and balance!
