I was going to review this next week, but then decided to test it out on Thanksgiving. The Rough Ryder Sous Chef is a nice folding food-prep knife that would be welcome on a camping trip or in the kitchen. It is 9 1/2 inches overall with a 4-inch 440a steel blade.
