Demko AD-20.5 with a Screaming Sharp Edge

Got this @demkoknives AD-20.5 sharpened up today. It's wearing an @edgeproinc edge finished on 700 grit CBN. This is an absolutely gorgeous finish off the stone and it cuts so damn nicely!
