This is a beautiful set of scales for a beautiful knife. They're heavy, the machining isn't perfect, and it changes the balance in a not-so-great way, but oh my god are these scales beautiful.
With the weight issue here, you sacrifice a bit of function for some form. But if you love the look, and you're willing to pay the price, this is a great way to get it.
