The Spyderco Sage 1 is a fine EDC folding pocketknife, with a solid liner-lock, good construction, and good steel. Aside from a few nitpicks, and a higher-than-needed pricetag, there's just not much wrong with the Sage 1.
But, honestly, that's about the peak of my praise, and the Sage 1, like the rest of the Sage series, just winds up leaving me cold.
