Today, we'll take a look at the Liong Mah KUF ("Kitchen Utility Folder"), a very interesting, slicing-friendly finger flicky framelock. Unfortunately, although it's got a bunch of promise, it comes with a serious achilles heel, and until that's fixed, for me at least, this guy's staying out of the kitchen.
