Today, I’ll talk a bit about my visit to Gerber Gear in Portland, Oregon, and show some fun factory clips. Executive Summary: They’ve got a great team, and although their work to turn things around is only now starting to show (and they know it), I’m really impressed and heartened by the perspective and self-awareness of the leadership team, and their clear passion for returning Gerber to where it once was.
