How to (not) disassemble and maintain the Herman Knives Mantis

Today, we'll take a look inside the Herman Knives Mantis, a knife which doesn't make disassembly easy, and although part of this is my own fault (for losing a bearing, thinking I lost two, and then noticing the extra bearings included with the knife), it was still an odyssey.
