Top 10 SHARPEST Knives in Our Collection 2020

Today we cover ten of our sharpest knives in our current collection. We are basing this off of the thinness behind the edge and how the knives pass through materials; NOT edge retention and steel types. This also has nothing to do with factory edges and how sharp the knives come; this list is about the knives when they are already sharpened. These are not the ten sharpest knives ever...just the ones we currently have in our collection that we chose as examples; which means we plan to continually update this list as our collection grows! Also for anyone who wants to know, we freehand sharpen our knives using a variety of wet stones, diamond stones and leather strops. Thank you for watching!
