Knife sharpening, recommended sharpening stones.

I have to say that these are some of the nicest stones I have had in a while… I've got much more expensive stones that do not perform as well as these. I would never bring any of you guys a product that I did not test and have the utmost faith in, so trust me when I say that these things are really good. 's
