Best knife shape for EDC?

“Why a whatncliffe for EDC?” featuring the QSP Swordfish button lock flipper (knife link http://shrsl.com/46oqz)! I have been carrying this knife around a bit and appreciating the EDC capabilities of a wharncliffe styled blade for several reasons:

-easy to sharpen
-piercing abilities of the ultra fine tip of the blade (this model also has some angled machining for increased piercing reinforcement as well)
- straight “razor” cutting edge allows for maximum leverage when doing cutting tasks
- blade tip easily squeezes into tight spaces like zip ties and cordage
- straight edge and blade tip shape lso allows for more precision cutting as the edge maintains a consistent angle while cutting

The Sworfish has a considerably good size for it to be more utilitarian and some angle machining towards the tip of the blade for a stronger piercing reinforcement. It’s pretty budget friendly as around 60 to 70. Features ambidextrous options, including a nested pocket clip, flipper tab, and thumb studs, as well as the button lock opening mechanism.
