A Kickstop flipper tab isn't a part of the blade's tang. the knifes flipper tab is attached to the frame by a separate pin.

When opening the blade, the flipper tab rotates on its pin and conceals itself within the knife's handle for a sleek profile.

The frame lock features a steel insert for solid long term lock-up that also works as an over-travel stop. The knife blade is a hand ground, hollow grind, belt satin in Bohler M390.
