My Injuries from Naked & Afraid

Pretty nasty huh? Despite all of this, doing the show was very impactful and the single-handedly hardest thing I’m ever done in my life. It really taught me some valuable life lessons and the primitive skills/ bushcraft I learned preparing for the show and throughout my years teaching wilderness survival are life skills I greatly value.

Season 12 (Florida swampland 21 days “Swamp Don’t Care”)
