Fresh off of Father’s Day: When talking about Knife Standards, it’s hard not to discuss the cool backstory of the brand and the inspiration behind the knife design, influenced by the knife designer’s late father and his love of trains. I love the clean, simple look and feel of this blade. That is also a very functional design. Made with premium materials and Easter egg details hidden throughout, the RR Station is clean, functional, and extremely fun to open. It makes a beautiful clicking sound with the acoustics and comes ridiculously razor sharp. So sharp, in fact that you might notice a Band-Aid on my finger towards the end of the video as I wasn’t paying attention and barely nicked myself with the edge of the blade. ???? it’s Reate OEM and I’ve yet to experience a Reate OEM that doesn’t impress me. It’s made with one of the best blade deals out there, Vanax so you can carry this as a daily user and not worry about it rusting. The belt satin finish ties it all together on the high flat grind. DLC finishes to top it all off.
