North Mountain Blade “crossbar lock Chop” with 5 layer copper steel, one of the best bangs for your buck You can get right now imo. I would never recommend to baton wood with a crossbar lock… but here we are. There was a lot of intentionality with this design, to create a very strong and durable crossbar lock. I LOVE the look of the layered copper steel on this, looks high end/custom like copper Mai! A blade shaped inspired by the traditional tanto shape of the katana. there is quite the price range on these from $100-$180.
