I think sheepsfoot blade shapes are a bit underrated. Commonly found on first responder knives, they have a blunt tip which prevents them from accidental poking punctures. The TKELL Scout has a sheepsfoot blade that combines a narrow tip with generous slicing belly. It has the same handle profile as the TKELL Combatant. This handle is meant to feel comfortable after extended use while providing optimal grip. It is very ergonomic. They also made the handle a bit longer than the blade. Which is 3.1” - plenty for EDC tasks. The blade profile is slicey, but also feels sturdy as heck. I have put TKELL knives through the wringer before- and they have always proved themselves as BEASTS.

The steel used is XHP (comparable to 440c). This will be my first experience with this steel in particular, and am curious to how it will perform. Like all TKELL Knives, it’s 100% USA sourced / made.
