Iconic EDC bushcraft knife

Published: 2 weeks ago

*Starts at $41! My bad - the link I provide shows tons of options and color and price ranges. Anyhoo, I’m twirling around the idea of doing video on some classic “iconic” pocket knives and why they are so popular. Would love suggestions!

Let’s start off with the Ontario Knife Co. RAT! This knife has been around for over two decades and still continues to prove its place in knife top sellers.
The RAT boast a lot of good features:
- A contour handle with a palm swell and contouring above the index finger that acts like a guard
- Versatile drop blade shape
- Rigid 90° spine that works well for striking Ferro rods
- robust liner lock frames by G10
- Relatively budget friendly starting at $59 and upward
- Ambidextrous pocket clip with the old school tip up carry
- Lanyard hole for cordage
