Leatherman P2 & P4 Discontinued?

At this point I've seen multiple images of direct communication with Leatherman reps who have formally stated that these two tools are discontinued. Combined with multiple emails sent to distributors that state they are discontinued, the evidence is overwhelming. However, I wouldn't expect them to make a public statement as they havn't been doing it recently.
