Yeti Hopper 30 Cooler Warranty Experience-Very Impressive!

Short one off video on a non knife product. My warranty experience with Yeti and my defective Hopper 30 soft cooler zipper. The customer service was stellar and I was impressed with the speed/efficiency of the process. Yeti is very expensive compared to other budget companies like Ozark Trail and RTIC, But this experience shows the VALUE of buying from a top USA company.
