How to fine-tune the Tactile Turn pen -- Live mod demonstration!
Published: 3 years ago
In my previous video (https://youtu.be/ITL-dkL4z38) on the Urban EDC TiScribe-Bolt, I showed you how to swap out the springs in order to fine-tune the amount of force needed to deploy the pen. The TiScribe has way too weak of a spring, and the Tactile Turn has way too strong of one, so I think both of these pens need that mod!
Today we're going to take things a step further and walk through how to TRIM the springs further, and crimp the cut edge back down. This lets you make even more fine-tuned adjustments to the spring tension, but it also lets you use longer springs that would otherwise block the full travel of the bolt.
As a bonus, we're unboxing a brand new Tactile Turn Slim Mini Bolt-Action Pen! It's so, so tiny!
