Richard Rogers OEM Slim Utility - Unboxing and First Impressions

Today we're finally checking out the Richard Rogers OEM Slim Utility (AKA, the SlUt). I've ALWAYS wanted to try this knife, but they were so crazy hard to get! And if you found one on secondary, they were going for astronomical markup. Through some significant luck (aka talking to @LeftyEDC), I managed to finally get one! And it's brand new in box! So does it live up to the hype?
