I Can't Do It! 100 Trappers in 100 Days!

Join me for some rural life commentary while I step away from the bench to enjoy the outdoors with a pocket knife in hand.
Sometimes the best way to appreciate a tool is to simply carry it while you are out and about. Today, I am taking a break from technical projects to head out into the cornfield and near the water for some fresh air. It is a nice change of pace to appreciate the gear without the pressure of a restoration project or a complex build.
Whether you are a fan of traditional patterns or modern folders, this hobby offers plenty of room to just relax and enjoy the scenery. We will talk about what makes this hobby fun and why I enjoy spending time in the country with my favorite blades. It is a good reminder of why we started collecting in the first place, especially when you consider the history behind each trapper knife pattern.
