7 USA-Made Ultralight EDC Fixed Blades I ACTUALLY Carry!
Published: 1 day ago
???? Welcome to JuhVon's Knife Flicks, your go to spot for honest knife reviews, EDC picks, and budget blade finds!
Today I'm sharing seven of my favorite USA-made ultralight EDC fixed-blade knife families! These compact cutting tools are perfect for minimalist everyday carry, and several weigh under 2 ounces while offering excellent blade steels, ergonomics, and slicing performance.
We're checking out the Hellbender Blades Newt, Amsler Tools Hurricane and Mini Hurricane, TKell DP-1 and DP-2, Jakeb Creates Chikadee, TRM Tagalong, Creely Blades Minnow, and T. Denny Apprentice. I'll compare their weights, blade steels, carry options, and real-world cutting capabilities, including MagnaCut, MagnaMax, S90V, CruWear, CTS-XHP, and other excellent steels.
As a dedicated back pocket fixed blade carrier, I'll also share why I love UltiClips, deep-concealment clips, and compact leather sheaths for everyday carry. Which of these American-made pocket fixed blades would YOU choose? Let me know in the comments!
