This $65 Kizer Fixed Blade Is a SERIOUS Cutter!
Published: 2 weeks ago
???? Welcome to JuhVon's Knife Flicks, your go to spot for honest knife reviews, EDC picks, and budget blade finds!
The new Kizer Dingo is a $65-ish AEB-L fixed blade that surprised me with just how good its cutting geometry and ergonomics are. At about 7.75 inches overall with a 3.5 inch blade, contoured Micarta handles, full tang construction and a solid sheath, it's a little larger than my normal EDC fixed-blade sweet spot, but it carries surprisingly well.
I've been carrying and cutting with the Dingo since before its October release, and that modified drop-point blade has proven to be an excellent all around cutter. It could easily pull duty as an EDC fixed blade, hiking knife, hunting knife, camp knife or light bushcraft blade.
I'll leave a link below if you want to check out the Kizer Dingo. Let me know in the comments: Is 7.75 inches too big for an EDC fixed blade, or is this right in your sweet spot?
