TS-PROF Cadet K2: Let’s Build It! | Unboxing, Assembly & First Look

Today we're setting up the TS-PROF Cadet K2 from start to finish! This is a smaller, more portable TS-PROF sharpening system featuring quick-release clamps, one-handed knife rotation, stone-thickness compensation, and a solid, highly adjustable construction.
I'll walk through assembling the Cadet K2, installing and positioning the clamps, setting up the sharpening rod, and using the Axicube T2 to dial in the sharpening angle. I've already put a couple of edges on this system and have been impressed, so we'll have plenty of actual sharpening videos coming as I spend more time with it.
