Is a Titanium Swap Hard? Microtech Amphibian Disassembly

Today we're upgrading a Microtech Amphibian RAM-LOK with a set of raw titanium scales from Lex Custom International! I walk through the complete scale swap, disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, reassembly, and a few unexpected problems that turned this seemingly simple install into a trip on the struggle bus.
These slightly contoured titanium scales completely change the look and feel of the Amphibian, and the finished knife looks fantastic with the factory hardware and backspacer. Huge thanks to Lex Custom International for sending the scales for the installation and to my buddy Tate for letting me tear into his Amphibian!
