The Case 6107W Smooth Natural Bone Mini Trapper has quickly become one of my favorite traditional pocket knife patterns, and in this video I'm adding another one to the collection.
While most people think of a traditional Trapper as a two blade knife with a clip point and spey blade, the 6107W takes a different approach with a single Wharncliffe blade. For the way I carry my knives every day, that makes it an outstanding companion to my fixed blade and primary folder.
In this unboxing, I take a closer look at the Smooth Natural Bone handles, Tru-Sharp stainless steel blade, classic Case construction, and explain why this little slip joint has become one of my favorite traditional EDC knives. I also compare it to several other Case 6107W models in my collection and discuss what makes this pattern so enjoyable to carry, sharpen, and collect.
