The Kizer Fieldmouse is finally here, and as a longtime fan of Jason Ginsberg (Jacob Creates) and his iconic Chikadee, I couldn't wait to get this collaboration in hand.

The Field Mouse captures much of what makes the Chikadee such a beloved everyday carry fixed blade while delivering it in Kizer's affordable production lineup. Featuring a full-tang 14C28N sheepsfoot blade, Micarta scales, and a compact pocket-friendly design, this knife is built to handle everything from daily cutting tasks to camping, hiking, and outdoor adventures.

After carrying the Fieldmouse for nearly a week, I'm impressed with how well it balances compact size, excellent ergonomics, and outstanding cutting performance. It feels like a natural evolution of the small EDC fixed blade concept while remaining true to Jason Ginsberg's design philosophy.
If you're looking for a lightweight fixed blade for everyday carry, camping, hiking, or general utility, the Kizer Fieldmouse deserves a close look.
