Today I'm unboxing a beautiful Case XX 7107W Single Blade Wharncliffe Mini Trapper in Blue Curly Oak and talking about why I've recently become interested in traditional pocket knives.
For years I've primarily carried modern folders and fixed blades, but after working part time at Knives and More in Huntsville, Alabama, I've found myself drawn to a very specific Case pattern: the 7107W Single Blade Wharncliffe Mini Trapper.
In this video we'll take a close look at the Blue Curly Oak handles, compare it to a couple of other 7107W examples from my growing collection, discuss Case Tru-Sharp stainless steel, and talk about why single blade traditional knives have become such enjoyable everyday carries.
