Today we put two incredible USA made EDC fixed blades head-to-head in a full Blade Battle: the Creeley Blades Mako in MagnaCut versus the Olive Knives Venari in Elmax! We compare blade steel, sheath retention, ergonomics, slicing performance, toughness, aesthetics, overall value, and more in a fun, non-scientific showdown between two of my favorite fixed blades.
The results honestly surprised me. On paper one knife edged ahead, but in real-world carry both of these blades are absolute winners and forever knives in my collection.
