Hey I am Paulius the maker and creator at Baltic Blades!
The most important thing for me is to be unique and authentic, to be able to create and express myself.
To create something that stands out, that breaks the status quo!
When you truly push the boundaries of design, mixing classical shapes with modern materials and futuristic lines, then you are really innovating.
Not everybody likes this, but it's not about being liked the most, or creating something generic, it's about something more.
It's about creating a knife with character for someone with a strong personality.
Angis EDC Specs:
Philosophy
For a very long time I've had this idea, that there is no good alternative for a folding knife for urban edc. No fix blade is small enough or has a small sheath with a pocket clip that could recreate the experience of a folder while being a fix blade. All alternatives felt clunky and big in the pocket. So I had to come up with my own solution for this problem.
Here comes in Angis (angis is the only venomous snake in Lithuania) the micro ultra light fixed edc blade. The main goal of this knife is urban edc, and the most common task in this scenario is opening packages and piercing duct tape. So I've made a super pointy end, paying tribute to Angis the snake and mimicking its fangs, also the blade shape and flow should remind you of a snake and the paracord on the handle should represent it's reptile skin.
Development and engineering decisions
AEB-L stainless steel is an amazing choice as it is low maintenance being a stainless steel, it's one of the toughest stainless steels on the market. It is super easy to sharpen, and you can get it really sharp even if you are a beginner sharpened or a pro.
Together with the blade I have also made a super compact kydex sheath , so it's easy to drop the blade in your pocket and always have it ready to be used.
I've also hand picked some of the most beautiful paracord options available on the market so you can choose and customise the blade to be your own.

AEB-L stainless steel at 61hrc
Stonewash finish
Total length: 120mm
Blade length: 45mm
Thickness: 3mm

Weight with sheath : ~40g
