Benchmade Gold Class Mini Grip & My Mini Grip Collection
Published: 7 years ago
Special knife today, a true Grail for me and one that will be a mainstay of the collection for a long time to come. Go to 6:20 to skip to the Gold Class knife.
This model Gold Class worked out so well because it filled the steel need in the Mini Grip Collection for one. But it also hit on some of the other things I really like in some Gold Class knives. I'm not a huge fan of damascus, so the coating on this blade was a big plus. So were the anodized accents and the detail in the titanium.
The other limited or Gold Mini Grips are excellent too, and might be more up my alley in terms of general asthetics. But this knife had all the things I was looking for in a big purchase, and I'm thrilled with it!
I'll be doing a follow up video regarding value with knives like this and others. Really interested to see how that goes.
