Kitchen Kutlery: TwoSun TS9xx Series (Knife Content)

After trying a TON of TwoSun kitchen knives, I think these are the crem-de-la-crem. They have excellent fit and finish, nice mosaic pins, great shapes, and a great all-around steel, plus taller blades for better knuckle clearance.
All of them have the forging bolster ground off so they're a bit more comfortable and easier to sharpen than the good ol' Henckels Pro-S.
I'd love to see TwoSun come out with some additional kitchen knife types. A Paring/Petty knife would be grand, as would a boning/filet knife.
