TwoSun TS261 Cut Test: Redux (Knife Content)
Published: 3 years ago
I had sat on this for a bit, but I re-tested the cutting of this thing with my own 15 degree edge. It also corrects the initial cutting by pointing out my idiocy with using post-it note paper that's more tolerant of duller knives.
Ended up with 1480 cuts which is still an immense amount, but this, in my mind, makes sense and lines up with the previous cut testing as that was right around when I switched to using the post-it note paper.
So yeah, it's a banger. Steel sharpened up a bit easier than I'd imagine it would, both with belts and diamond stones, but those cuts don't lie.
