TwoSun Tuesday: TS117-14C "Grandpa" Max Tkachuk design Ti & CF scales 14C28N Blade (Knife Content)

This thing impressed the daylights out of me. I didn't think I was going to like it nearly as much as I did.
It's a clip point which some people don't favor. Heck I usually don't either, but this thing just works really well. Fullers on both sides, so you can flip it, spidey flick it, or even thumb roll it (but you might not want to).
Due to the smaller pivot and bearings that Max Tkachuk tends to use, it gets nice and narrow up by the blade, and the flipper is pleasant to have your finger against rather than trying to avoid it.
The handle is thick, but since it's slender, it's not a bother in the pocket and really fills out the hand.
I'm not a giant fan of the lanyard hole at the back, with the CF being cut out around it. It's not uncomfortable, but doesn't look fantastic. If they had a channel cut out of the back spacer for the lanyard boys, I think it would have been a bit better. Then you could also have the clip be more in a vertical position.
All in all though, this is one absolute banger of a blade, and definitely one of my favorites.
Specs:
3.49" 14C28N blade with mm stock thickness
3.1 oz / 87.5 gram weight
0.58" handle thickness (Ti & CF)
Frame Lock
Ceramic bearings & detent ball
