TwoSun Tuesday: TS180 "Vortex" Tepe Designs in Ti/M390 & Burlwood/14C28N

Published: 3 years ago

This is a pretty dang good design. It's not the most accommodating for larger than average hands, but if you're in the status quo or slightly smaller, this thing's baller.

I have both flavors of this knife. The original Ti version in M390 and the burlwood liner lock version in 14C28N.

The thumb discs I find to be a little awkward on the original version, but they're easily removable to provide you with the hole you see on the burl version, and it's a front flipper primarily anyway.

Fantastic action on the Ti version. The burlwood version still has some breaking in to do, probably due to the blacking on the blade flats.
