I'm pretty sure these have mostly been replaced by the Tasman Salt. It's Model is C08, so it's the 8th knife in the "Clipit" series that Spyderco made (Almost all folders they make are technically part of the Clipit series).
Depending on when it was made, its steel changed. It started out with GIN-1 steel. It jumped at some point to ATS-55 (incorrectly stated in the video as ATS-34 which is a different steel). Later on, made it to VG-10 along with all the rest of the Japanese Spyders.
The hole in the handle is to aid in draining and evaporating sea water while it's set on its side.
Specs:
2.8" GIN-1? blade with 3 mm stock thickness
3.73 oz / 106 gram weight
0.30" handle thickness (Steel)
Mid-mount Lockback
