Here's the example and proof as to why you don't want to disassemble a non-captive bearing system knife. This one isn't as bad as others who just utilize grooves, but even so, it's an arduous endeavor.
I did realize after the fact, that the top set of bearings could have been done a bit easier with most of the blade assembled, but it's too late.
