TwoSun Tuesday: TS337-D2 Wong Design in Black Ti with 3.62" D2 coated blade
Published: 2 years ago
This thing is quite thin. The vast majority of the handle is under a half inch. The pocket clip also works very well, despite the craggy look to the handle. It's also not creating much in the way of hot spots either as it's nice and rounded.
Based on the model number, I kind of assume they'll make a different blade steel for it, but if that's the plan, it hasn't happened yet.
This is VERY inline with Wong's design language. It's fairly similar in blade shape to some others he's done in the past like the TS127 & 89, so you might not be missing a lot if you already have those.
Specs:
3.62" D2 blade with 3.8 mm stock thickness
4.14 oz / 117 gram weight
0.51" handle thickness (Ti)
Frame Lock
Ceramic bearings & detent ball
