Happy Kinvesgiving with a Cold Steel Kukri on a drop leg rig
Published: 4 years ago
My first Cold Steel was purchased probably 17 years ago. Man, I still love it to this day. As time went on it became a source of “kindness” to be shared with others. I also had the opportunity to take some time off from my day job and work at my friends military surplus store, “military surplus selling military surplus” and I was able to find some pretty neat gear which I put together and this is the video of it.
The Jungle Afghan Kukri makes an appearance in the video to give some perspective of intra-Nepal made Kukri’s to those made exo-Nepal.

The closest thing I could find for the Cold Steel Kukri is this ColdSteel Gurkha Kukri O-1
I currently cannot find any on the CS site.
I am carrying a Leatherman Surge
The flashlight is a 5.11 TMT L1
The pistol “taco” magazines repurposed for flashlight & leatherman tool comes from “high speed gear” and is made in the USA.
