I took a trip to Solvang Knives Etc… Solvang is above and to the interior from Santa Barbra in Southern California. Modeled after a Dutch village it has a host of bakeries, restaurants, beer and wine tasting to satisfy and fuel your visit. I, of course went there to visit Solvang Knives Etc to see what they have and to buy myself a new knife. A full review of the knife purchased is forthcoming in another video.
