This video is intended to help beginners pick the best edge break down for their level of use/comfortability. All edges break down as you use them. Of course- this falls on a spectrum! Some steels show minuscule levels of fatigue for a VERY long time. Some steels show great fatigue very quickly with abrasive use. It all falls on a spectrum we can discuss. I welcome everyone to take a listen, enjoy, and have fun without feeling like you’re at a college 2 hour lecture. If you don’t wish to hear mom jokes… I highly suggest you don’t watch. ????
