Les George VECP Folder

Published: 12 years ago

I picked this up from a fellow YouTuber and USN member, JohnWayneCold45 and I gotta say....it's gonna be in my pocket for a LONG time. I absolutely love this blade and personally think it is the best EDC option out there for the money for someone looking for an easy to carry, but still beefy folder.

VECP stands for Value Engineering Change Proposal and the basic concept is to take something and streamline it while retaining the utility and mission readiness. The George Knives VECP project goal was to take the design of the full Les George Customs Rockeye folder model and streamline the manufacturing to create a utilitarian version that was more obtainable to users than Les's full customs. The result is a superbly designed, tough as nails folder. Built in the same shop and with the same attention to detail as Les George's full customs, the only difference is that the VECP blades are machine ground rather than hand ground. The final bevel and fitting is still done one at a time by Les.

This is a preview batch from George Knives and we should have more in the coming weeks. Sorry, no list being taken. First come first served when they arrive.
