Exactly What Is Going On Here?! Microtech Matrix vs. Zero Tolerance 0777

A quick look at the eerily similar (and by that I mean blatant copy) look of the new Microtech Matrix Flipper to the Zero Tolerance 0777 (that we have known to exist much longer). I think the images speak for themselves here guys. There are also mysterious rumors about BOTH knives being a copy a completely different knife.....something is definitely amiss here.
