Boker Plus Dark Hollow Folding Knife - Quick Review
Published: 10 years ago
Longer review to come. At first look it seems like a great knife for the money (if you love Sniper Bladeworks designs). A few things to watch out for:
Weight, this baby is heavy.
Soft screws, this has the infamous non heat treated body screws. After one or two disassembles your screws will be stripped beyond use.
Sharp edges. There are a few sharp edges on this knife that can be uncomfortable.
Lance Abernathy describes his Sniper Bladeworks Dark Hollow folder as "a blade born in the field." This frame lock folder is very sturdy. The design is ergonomic and feels great in the hand. The wide 440C stainless steel blade allows for hunting jobs, outdoor jobs, or for every day carry. The titanium handle with frame lock mechanism and the green G-10 front scale. Removable tip-up carry pocket clip.
