fire by friction: the bowdrill
Published: 10 years ago
The bowdrill is my most used primitive fire technique.
It can be hard to master but it's easy once mastered.
Being able to make a friction fire makes you feel more free.
The wood used: Acer pseudoplatanus
cordage: Mil-C-5040H Type III
tinder: birds nest
