Diana 460 .22: 100m (110 yards) shooting
Published: 10 years ago
These rifles are not made for 100m schooting. You should stay within 50 meters. I find 25m ideal for target shooting. 50m is fun for object shooting.
Some people on the internet claim to shoot ping pong ball sized groups with a spring air rifle at 100m. It's not true.
I was quite happy with the results on 100m and even got lucky hitting the tin lid on my second shot.
Let's say the diana 460 could hit a rabbit at 100m (don't ever try it as it would probably not kill it).
The Diana 460 is a magnum spring air rifle and rated as one of the most powerfull (and sadly one of the most expensive) spring air rifles.
For scope I use a Nikko Stirling Gold Crown Airking 4.5-14x50. It's made to coop with the recoil and bounce that spring air rifles have.
The scope is decent but not great. I am happy with it.
