Herbertz Knife - Putting budget to the Test

In this video I put the Herbertz knife to the test. This knife was chosen by you guys in the previous Choose Your Knife contest ().
The herbertz knife is made out of 420 aisi steel. A soft steel that sharpens really easily but doesn't hold and edge that well. Overall the Herbertz is a decent knife but nothing fancy.
