I got this knife a few months ago and it never locked up quite right. I thought it was that Mycarta that was not milled out quite right at first. But since the pivot screw is proprietary I had to get a special tool to be able to open it. I got it from Exduct.com, a Chinese store. It's the 3 pin one you can find here:
