Candian Tire OUTBOUND branded knife review. A old school back-lock and a caribiner knife.

Canada Tire has a number of brands for goods. The two that apply to folding knives are Outbound which = lowest quality, and Huntshield which = their highest quality. Another brand that MAY be held by Canadian Tire is the "Yukon Gear" line which is definitely lower than Huntshield.
I have done a review on a Huntshield folder that is pretty good but these other two brands seem to be fairly poor quality.
